Managed IT Pricing: $500 a Month Flat for Up to 7 Users, Then $85 Per User

Managed IT services in San Antonio cost $500 per month flat for our business essentials plan, covering teams of up to 7 users with unlimited remote support, proactive RMM, server monitoring, and Trend Micro endpoint protection, no hourly charges for everyday issues. Growing past 7 users? Additional managed users start at $85 per user per month. That’s it. More than 7 usersMid-market pricing.

Because more than 90% of IT problems resolve remotely, your team gets expert help the moment it’s needed, with onsite visits when hands-on service is required. Most managed IT companies want you locked into a long contract before cost data surfaces, or before they’ll lift a finger. We don’t provide IT services that way. One flat published number, and you never wonder what the bill will be. We’re a locally owned San Antonio business, not a national chain or an overseas call center: when you call, you reach real local technicians who know the area and come to you across San Antonio. Transparent Pricing, Published, Not Negotiated

We believe you should know what managed IT services cost before you pick up the phone. Here are our rates. No sales meeting, or yet another Microsoft Teams call or long winded Power Point presentation required to price them out.

  • $500 per month flat for the Essential Business Priority Plan, covering teams of up to 7 users, licensing and endpoint protection included.
  • $85 per user per month is where additional managed users start as your team grows past 7.
  • $85 to $185 per user per month for Mid-Market and Enterprise stacks, depending on licensing and security tier, quoted from your actual environment and shown in writing.

No mystery tiers. No negotiation games. No surprise renewal. You’ll always know the rate before we work. Want to judge the work before you sign anything? Start with a visit at our hourly rates, no contract, and move to a plan when the value is obvious.

Two Honest Ways to Work With Us

Most Managed IT services companies push every client toward one thing: a long sales cycle that hides the number until you’re worn down. We do it differently. We’re genuinely good at this work, and we’d rather earn your business than trap it. So we offer two clear plans, both priced in the open: the flat-rate Essential plan below for teams of up to 7 users, and per-user Mid-Market and Enterprise pricing when you grow past that.

Note: we are not only a managed IT services provider. Projects such as office network relocations / moves that need structured cabling, fiber, and audio visual installation are 100% in our wheelhouse. We can cost, project manage, and provide them turnkey in house without hiring a 3rd party, as well as cloud migrations.

The Essential Business Priority Plan: Flat $500 a Month, Up to 7 Users

Some businesses can’t wait in line when something goes wrong. This is the plan that gives most businesses exactly what they need: we answer and prioritize your questions first, guaranteed same-day response for emergencies, and we actively keep your systems healthy so problems get caught early. That’s what the Priority Plan is for. Flat $500 a month for teams of up to 7 users, and it includes:

  • Complete Microsoft 365 stack included, Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 Business Basic user licensing for up to 7 users, fully configured with mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enforcement. The licensing is in the price, not an add-on surprise.
  • Unlimited remote support, full access to remote help desk for everyday technical issues. More than 90% of IT problems resolve remotely, instantly, with no extra hourly charges for standard remote work.
  • Endpoint protection included, Trend Micro threat protection on all covered devices.
  • Offsite backup included, Cloudberry remote backup for your critical operational data.
  • One server, either on premises or in the cloud is covered, but it has to be up to snuff and not an absolute train wreck. If it is we will quote a project scope to get your server back up to baseline, where it should be.
  • Guaranteed same-day priority response, you go to the front of the line. Typical response time is 10 minutes, 30 minutes to an hour at worst if it is lunch time. And we start providing solutions to problems, not just checking a box and providing a ticket number. That is how some IT services play the game…. Oh we’ll get back to you in 25 business hours. That is dirty pool and not what our priority clients who pay the additional costs want.
  • Password and credential management, we securely hold and manage the access your systems need so support is fast and nothing stalls waiting on a login. This requires a contract for obvious reasons.
  • Proactive monitoring and maintenance, we watch for trouble and handle updates, patching, and backups before small issues become outages. If you need better cyber security, we tell you and help you decide what type of cloud based or local firewall you need. With your outcomes and budget in mind.
  • A dedicated relationship with technicians who already know your environment. No revolving door, no offshore-sourced IT contractors, no contractor-with-a-subcontractor-of-subcontractors arrangements. None of that.
  • A Best practices scope of security audit and implementation costs, typically a one time upgrade. This basic plan does have limits. For example, we manage systems for a business with 26 locations spread across San Antonio, which has unique needs.
  • We do offer some add-ons to the barebones service as well, such as hot spares, offsite server backups.

Plans start at $500 a month, scaled to the size and needs of your business, what you want us managing, and SLA levels. Here’s the honest part most providers won’t say out loud: keeping your passwords, monitoring your network, patching, security, onboarding offboarding users and guaranteeing we drop everything to help you same-day is ongoing work, and ongoing work runs on a fair recurring plan. Our technicians get paid every month whether your systems break or not. A plan is simply how we can promise to always be ready, not just available.

The current model for managed IT services pricing is per user or per device. Market rates we see when folks shop their costs around: low end $100, mid $130, top end $150 per user per month, and $200-$400 per month for server management. A lot of the cost depends on how many bells and whistles the IT services company assigns to your management. This method of mass subscription pricing is, in our humble opinion, simply a sales tactic. Don’t get us wrong, we love sales, without sales there is no finance, no marketing, no production. But if you are listening to a layered sales team from another provider dodge actual cost questions with half answers, deflect technical questions, or pivot to ROI, Fleet View, and Total Cost of Ownership slides, remember this: ask for the all-in monthly number, in writing, in one sentence. If they cannot give it to you, you have your answer. For comparison, our additional managed users start at $85 per user per month, under the low end of that market range. Ours is published right here on this page.

Growing Past 7 Users? The Mid Market & Enterprise Tier

Mid-Market Pricing

The $500 plan is deliberately capped at 7 users so the price stays honest for both of us. When your team grows past that, or you need higher compliance standards, the Enterprise tier scales with you: Microsoft 365 Standard or Premium licensing, Crowdstrike endpoint security, Veeam Backup & Replication for data protection, multi-site support, and included onsite SLAs. Additional managed users start at $85 per user per month, full enterprise stacks run $85 to $185 per user per month depending on licensing and security, and we will show you the math for Mid-Market and custom plans.

Feature Business Essential ($500/mo) Enterprise (Custom) $85-$185 per user/mo
Team size Up to 7 users 8+ users / multi-site
Licensing M365 Business Basic + MFA M365 Standard / Premium
Endpoint security Trend Micro Crowdstrike
Data protection Cloudberry offsite backup Veeam Backup & Replication
Support Unlimited remote Unlimited remote + onsite SLAs

Frequently Asked Questions

How Much Do Managed IT Services Cost in San Antonio?

Our essential business plan is a flat $500 per month for up to 7 users, including Microsoft 365 Business Basic licensing with MFA, unlimited remote support, Trend Micro endpoint protection, Cloudberry offsite backup, and proactive server monitoring. Past 7 users, additional managed users start at $85 per user per month, and enterprise stacks run $85 to $185 per user per month depending on licensing and security.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Managed plans run on an annual term, because always-ready service is ongoing work we staff for. You do not have to start there: try us first at our hourly rates with no contract, judge the work on a real problem, and sign a plan only when the value is obvious. We’ll tell you honestly which option makes sense.

What does managed IT cost per user in San Antonio?

Market rates in San Antonio run roughly $100 to $150 per user per month depending on the stack. Our additional managed users start at $85 per user per month, under the low end of that range, and full enterprise stacks with upgraded licensing and security run $85 to $185 per user per month, quoted from your actual user count in writing.

What is the difference between the Essential plan and the Enterprise tier?

Same skilled local team either way.

Are you really available 24/7?

Standard plan coverage runs during business hours, and that covers the everyday work. Plan clients whose operations require after-hours or continuous coverage get it the honest way: written into the agreement as a defined service level agreement (SLA), staffed and priced for that commitment. And for a true emergency, our line at (210) 879-9962 answers any time of day or night.

Do you come to my office or is it all remote?

Both. We’re remote-first because more than 90% of issues resolve remotely, instantly. When a problem needs hands on the hardware, we come to you anywhere in the San Antonio service area, fast.

What kind of businesses do you support?

Niche and mid-sized San Antonio businesses that want a managed IT relationship priced in the open, offices, professional practices, retail, and service businesses. Some more examples of business we help are construction, manufacturing, legal, medical, surgical, anything really that is not a .gov we have been there, done that and bought the T-Shirt.

Are you local, or is this a call center?

We are locally owned and operated in San Antonio. When you call, you will either reach a receptionist or one of us (technician), not an overseas call center. On-site help comes from someone already in town. Sometimes it’s all hands on deck with available technicians, so having the receptionist as our backup is always best.

Do you do cabling or audio visual work?

Yes, and we excel at it. Structured cabling, fiber, and audio visual installation are performed by our employees, not subcontractors.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, credit cards, check, and invoicing for established business clients.
